Cheddar Chili Dog Wraps
I use Texas Pete Chili in this recipe. Use your favorite canned hot dog chili or chili with beans – whatever you like! They’re all good.
2 (10-ounce) cans hot dog chili
1 (16-ounce) package beef hot dogs
8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tomato, seeded and diced
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spread one can of chili in the bottom of a lightly greased baking dish. Roll up hot dogs inside tortillas and place, seam side down, on top of chili. Top with remaining can of chili and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until chili is bubbly and cheese is melted. Garnish with diced tomato before serving. Serves 8.
