Honey Mustard Pork Ribs

3 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup honey
¼ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
Season ribs with salt and pepper. Place ribs in a crockpot. Mix honey with cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard and paprika. Pour sauce over ribs. Place lid on crock pot and cook for 3-3½ hours or until ribs are tender. Serves 4.
