I had the opportunity to meet (and actually have a short conversation with) Andie MacDowell at the cocktail party that I catered for the Beaufort International Film Festival at the Cuthbert House Inn. She graciously accepted a copy of my cookbook, Celebrate Everything! It was a magical evening.

Chopped salads are easy and fun to make! Fresh salad materials are chopped into small pieces, so every bite has several ingredients. This chopped salad can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Toss with the vinaigrette just before serving.
