Smoked Salmon Crostini

Rye cocktail bread

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature

5 ounces smoked salmon

¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Smoked salmon to garnish

Fresh dill, to garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Cut cocktail rye slices into rounds with a biscuit cutter, if desired. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with salmon, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise and prepared horseradish; stir to combine.  Mixture will be stiff. Spread a small amount of salmon mixture on top of each piece of rye bread. Top with a small piece of smoked salmon, if desired. Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven and garnish with a piece of fresh dill. Makes approximately 30 crostini.
