Seven Layer Dip

1 (31-ounce) can refried beans

1 (1-ounce) package taco seasoning mix

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Sour cream

Guacamole

Diced tomatoes

Sliced black olives

Chopped green onion

Tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix refried beans with taco seasoning mix. Spread evenly in a square baking dish. Top with ½ of the cheddar cheese. Place in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and beans are warmed through. Remove from oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, additional cheddar cheese, tomatoes, black olives and green onion. Serve warm with tortilla chips. To serve chilled: mix refried beans with taco seasoning and ½ cup sour cream. Spread in a serving dish. Top with guacamole, additional cheddar cheese, tomatoes, black olives and green onions. Serves 6.
