Cheesy Bacon Canapés

3 (1.9-ounce) packages frozen phyllo tarts, thawed in refrigerator

1-½ cups shredded colby-jack cheese

1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained (Rotel)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup real bacon, cooked and crumbled

Dill pickle relish, to garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray lightly with baking spray. In a large bowl, mix cheese with drained tomatoes, mayonnaise and bacon. Fill each phyllo tart with some of the mixture. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until phyllo tarts are crispy and the filling is hot and melted. Remove from oven and garnish with dill pickle relish. Serve warm. Makes 45 canapes
